Shipping

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the UK.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

International orders are shipped via Parcelforce.

Important: Customers outside of the UK may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or meet import requirements. These charges can be significant, so please check your local regulations before placing an order.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or compliance requirements, nor for parcels returned due to unpaid charges. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Returns

All sales are final, unless an error has occurred on our part.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of handling or are not returned in their original condition.
